If you have forgotten your Password, the system can Email it to the Email account that you have on file.

For security reasons it is it is recommended that you log in and change your Password after getting back into the system.

   - Your lastname, or
   - Your lastname followed by the 1st initial of your first name

Try the first one, if that doesn't work, try the other one.
