HOTEL POLICIES FOR DOG SHOWS

• A ONE-TIME NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE WILL APPLY: UP TO 3 DOGS PER ROOM-LIMITED UP TO 3 DOGS PER ROOM-$75.00
• DOGS MUST BE EXERCISED IN DESIGNATED AREAS – NOT NEAR THE BUILDING AND NOT IN GARDENS
• OWNERS MUST CLEAN UP AFTER THEIR DOGS
• DOGS MUST BE CRATED WHEN IN ROOMS
• ADDITIONAL DAMAGES TO ROOMS INCLUDING DAMAGED FURNITURE, DAMAGED LINEN, DAMAGED CARPET, AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF $250.00 WILL APPLY
• BARKING MUST BE KEPT AT A MINIMUM

• SPECIAL NOTE: PCA lost its previous host hotel in Enfield due to some rooms and linens being left in a soiled state. We cannot tolerate this as a club. It reflects on our breed and the entire dog show community. Random room checks may take place this year; anyone who is not comfortable with this should stay independently at a different location!

Negotiated Room rate: $154/$164 (king/2 queens – double occupancy) per night plus applicable room taxes. Please ask for the Puli Club of America rate when calling. Make your reservation early! This is a limited room block that will expire on September 14, 2026!

Hartford’s Bradley International Airport (BDL) which is the closest airport, is less than 15 miles away. Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) and Albany, New York’s Airport (ALB) are both approximately 100 miles from the host hotel.

Thursday, October 15
All Thursday Events to be held at the host hotel.

10am Annual PCA Board Meeting, host hotel
12pm Judges Education Seminar, the Big “E” Showsite outside the puli ring
(PCA Members are welcome to attend the seminar at noon, only judges participating in the workshop will be able to participate in the hands-on workshop following the seminar.)
5pm Welcome Reception, host hotel
Light refreshments and soft drinks will be available at the Welcome Reception
Price is included with the price of a banquet/hospitality ticket.
6:15pm* Member’s Education, host hotel
This hour-long virtual seminar with a boarded neurologist, Elizabeth DiPaola DVM, will focus on IVDD and genetic testing markers linked to IVDD
