In order to be listed on the Breeders page in Puli News and on the PCA web site, a breeder must be a member of PCA in good standing for three years prior to being listed, must annually sign the PCA Guidelines and pay the annual fee.

Payment entitles you to be listed in Puli News and on this website from January through December.

PCA uses the secure PayPal system to process your payment.  If you have an account with PayPal, you can log on and pay that way.  Otherwise, you can simply pay with a debit or credit card.

How to pay online:  Review PCA Guidelines here or in Puli News. If you agree to abide by them:

• Read acknowlegement starting “By paying this fee”
• If you agree, click “Pay Now”.  This takes you to the PayPal order summary page.
• Click on “Pay with my PayPal account”, or “Pay with a debit or credit card…”
