IMPORTANT INFORMATION for those TRAVELING BY RV To 2024 PCA National Specialty in Lexington Kentucky August 29 – September 2, 2024 |
The Kentucky Horse Park Campground fills up very fast between the dog show and horse events scheduled that week. I talked to the manager and they accept reservations 1 year in advance only.
If you plan to arrive on August 28, 2024 make your reservation around August 28 2023. The campground was filled by June for this year’s show. August is a very busy month for them. If you leave a message they will get back to you as soon as possible.

The second closest campground is Whispering Hills RV Park, about 14 miles north of the Horse Park. I talked to the managers and they will accept reservations now for 2024. She advised the bigger your rig the earlier you should book as the larger sites go fast.
